This error message can come from several points:
- the mesh generated by Gmsh is corrupted. Try to modify it (by refining the mesh for instance)
- there is a bug either in SPIS-UI or SPIS-NUM
We would need more information to investigate this bug. What version of SPIS do you use?
Could you send us the debug.log file at the root of the SPIS software?
Beware, this file is overwritten at each execution of SPIS. Please be careful to send the one that was generated after an error occured.
