Comment of : SpisNum.log

Log policy is unchanged with respect to previous versions. the problem may come (1) from a new policy in java 8 (2) from a lower verbosity of SPIS 5.2.4 with respect to previous versions. For next versions, a flush of the buffer will be directly handled by SPIS rather than assuming java would do the job.
