Comment of : Manually added materials remains if SPIS-Geo is restarted

UPDATE: With a new run of SPIS-Geo only default materials are loaded on startup, but if the user tires to import new nascap materials again any old nascap materials previously imported re-appear even if they where not part of the currently loaded nascap.xml file.
